V8 SUPERBOATS - ROUND 4, 2012, 400 CLASS:
'International Group A' 400 Class boats are powered by V8
engines restricted to a maximum capacity of 412ci., the engines must use cast
iron blocks and cylinder heads. Further restrictions include two valves per
cylinder, wet sump lubrication, a single four barrel carburettor fuelled by
petrol or Avgas. Engines in the 400 Class are capable of producing in excess of
630BHP.

win at Round 4 with a fastest lap of 41.238 seconds. The boat specification

ROBERT COLMAN:
'Tunn-A-Gut's' took second place at Round 4 with a fastest lap of
42.744 seconds. The boat specification includes, Hull: Stingray, Engine: 410ci
Chevrolet, Horsepower: 580BHP (app), Jet Unit: Scott 8.25".
#360B: 360 BOLT.COM - JAKE
GARLIC:
'360-Bolt.com' took third place at Round 4, albeit without a
final lap time due to electrical issues. The boat specification includes, Hull:
Mackraft Series 4, Engine: 410ci Chevrolet, Horsepower: 600BHP (app), Jet Unit:
Scott 8.25".
