PHILLIP ISLAND, VICTORIA: A different perspective on Phillip Island, for many years my focus at Phillip Island was exclusively MotoGP, World Superbikes and Historic Car and Motorcycle Racing Events. I have now toured the Island and discovered an amazingly beautiful, peaceful landscape, flora and fauna.
COASTAL VIEWS: A selection of Coastal Views around the Island. BASS' EYE VIEW: Named in remembrance of Surgeon George Bass, records indicate Bass entered this area in 1798 and named the natural deep water harbour 'Western Port'. A quotation from the Journal of Surgeon George Bass, January 1798 states: 'We then entered a very extensive harbour...I have named the place, from it's relevant position to every other known harbour on the coast, Western Port'.

POINT GRANT - THE NOBBIES: The two Rock Islands are known as the 'Nobbies'.

POINT GRANT - THE NOBBIES, BLOWHOLE: A nominally twelve metre long tunnel has been drilled into the cliff face by wave action.
PYRAMID ROCK: An incredibly bumpy dirt road leads to an observation area overlooking this unique feature on the Island's coast.
