THE PHIL IRVING CONCOURS, 2012: 'VETERAN CLASS'.
The Veteran Class includes Motorcycles manufactured up to and including 1918.
Whilst this was the least popular category in terms of the number of exhibits
this was certainly balanced out by the quality of Veteran Class Motorcycles on
display.
1911: TRIUMPH TT RACER:
Powered by a single cylinder 500cc engine.
1913: SUNBEAM: Powered by a
single cylinder 350cc engine.
1916: BABY TRIUMPH 'LW':
Powered by a single cylinder 225cc 'two stroke' engine.
1916: GCS: The 'George Cyril
Stillwell' (GCS) was manufactured in Australia, the GCS is powered by a JAP
V-twin 770cc engine driving through a Sturmey Archer gearbox.
